Founder & Managing Attorney - Zachary C. Smith, Esq.

Zachary C. Smith is the founder and managing attorney of the Law Offices of Zachary C. Smith, P.A.  His practice is dedicated primarily to assisting those who are injured through the carelessness or wrongdoing of others and assisting corporations and small-business owners with their unique and individual needs. However, Zac is also a firm believer in defending the rights of the accused and is proud to offer his services in the areas of criminal and traffic-ticket defense as well.

Born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, Zac completed his undergraduate education at Florida State University before attaining his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law. Since completing law school, Zac has used his knowledge of the law and passion for helping others to ensure the best possible results for his clients.

In addition to being licensed in the State of Florida, Zac is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is also an active member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association, and Florida Justice Association (where he formerly served on the Board of Directors for the Young Lawyers Division).

In his spare time, Zac enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and two Siberian huskies. Zac is also an avid diver, photographer, and ocean conservationist.
